I purchased an IP Camera, but I can't install it. I even asked the man that looks after my computer to install, but it didn't work. The numbers on the back of the IP camera are 000C5D757979 and 6CFD8958F4D2. Can you please help me install it?

You should download the new versions of the software from their official website. Access the download site and then download the IP Camera Tool for your device. I have downloaded all the available packages and installed them and it they worked normally only that I didn't had any camera installed to detect them. Access the official website and download the IP Camera Tool for your device.
